📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Timeline
Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received. This does not include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

At GLANJ, we package each piece with care—because your unboxing moment should feel just as special as what’s inside.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing and location.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will ship together unless purchased separately.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Delayed Packages
GLANJ is not responsible for shipping delays once a package is in the hands of the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local postal service first.

Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
